Our Sermon Series for February 2018

Shadows of the Savior

The Old Testament is filled with events that foreshadowed what Jesus would do for us on the cross. These events directed the eyes of God's people ahead to our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Join us each Sunday in February as we study four of these great Old Testament stories or events. As we will discover, they were "a shadow of things that were to come" (Colossians 2:17).

Sunday, February 4th
"Abraham-A Father's Sacrifice" (Genesis 22:1-14)

Sunday, February 11th
"Bread from Heaven" (Exodus 16:1-31)

Sunday, February 18th
"Water from the Rock" (Exodus 17:1-7)

Sunday, February 25th
"The Bronze Snake" (Numbers 21:4-9)

"Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life." (John 3:14-15)
